The biggest change is Havoc Harbinger (that heavy finisher unblockable) being slowed to 900ms from 800ms, and the unblockable indicator now showing for 600ms instead of 500ms. And I’m not gonna lie, it’s visibly slower—you can actually deal with it now instead of it feeling instant and just eating a million unblockable damage. They also hit the fully charged zone stamina cost (40 up from 20), which matters a lot because people were just spamming it in team fights. Feats got adjusted too—Last Man Standing now gives defense first instead of the crazy attack buff first, and Overbearing Might heals 12 instead of 10, which makes the slam feel more worth going for. After testing in duels, my initial thoughts are simple: the game feels playable again. Before, every lobby was Jiren and I legit had to take a break, but now I can run him without feeling like a scumbag.
