About This Video

Welcome to part 3 of my Wedding DIY Series—aka a slightly chaotic wedding prep vlog where I’m trying to get my life together. I’m reorganizing our wedding “disaster room” because I’ve done a ton of DIYs, but a lot of it is still half-done until we have final details (like guest count) confirmed. I start by folding the t-shirts for our wedding t-shirt toss (in lieu of a garter/bouquet toss), and then I dive into my table decor bins so everything is pre-sorted by table type. I walk you through how I’m building out each table box: table runners, votives, bud vases, and lots of battery candles (note to future me: add batteries closer to the day). Because I’m using fake flowers, I can take them apart and repurpose bigger ceremony aisle pieces as reception centerpieces, which is such a win. Then I switch gears to the day-of gifts: reusable bags for everyone’s “little doodads,” pajamas/robes, jewelry + perfume, and some extra fun self-care goodies I grabbed during Black Friday sales. I also DIY the cards—Cricut gold names, dried flowers, and wax seals—because I needed them to feel elevated and cutesy.
