It’s officially time to decorate for Christmas and I am so excited. In this vlog I’m getting my green holiday nails ready, doing a Christmas decor haul, and then we go pick up a real tree (this is my second Christmas in this house, and my first Christmas with my boyfriend living here). I share everything I grabbed—lots of little houses and literally so many trees (Target was definitely enabling me), plus cozy winter blankets and my favorite purchase: a little jukebox ornament moment that’s giving Elf vibes. We ended up getting our tree from Home Depot and it took us no joke like 30 seconds to pick it out—my boyfriend absolutely nailed it. It’s about eight feet, way better than last year’s “Coventry” situation (they were short and tragic), and it looks so freaking good. Then I start styling the house: garland and lights on the mantle, stocking debate (I changed my mind mid-way, obviously), and I build a cute little village vibe with the white houses, trees, and candles. I keep the shelves and coffee bar pretty simple—minimal, cute, and tasteful—with dainty pops of Christmas everywhere while we let the tree fall overnight before decorating it.
