Good morninggg—welcome back to my channel. In this vlog I’m taking you through a full day in my life: a super easy recovery run (even though I overslept and started later than I wanted), then errands and a little weekend reset energy with cleaning, laundry, and plans to wash and deep condition my hair. I’ve been prioritizing my health in my 20s, and it’s still wild to me that I’m literally running for fun now. I also chatted about how I’m thinking of joining a running club (especially if you know any in Long Island, please let me know), because being around people with similar goals really pushes you. I shared what I’ve been using for my workouts too—Bucked Up pre-workout (I tried Rocket Pop), plus the running shoes I’ve been loving: the ASICS GEL-Nimbus. They’re definitely crusty because I got them in white and trails will do that, but they feel like I’m running on clouds. After the run (and yes, I forgot my water… crazy), I reminded myself that progress is progress—don’t compare your pace, focus on your breathing, and take it one mile at a time. Then I met up with my friend for a tennis match (a whole workout), and we ended the day with Crumbl Cookie taste-testing and rankings. It was back-to-back, but I still got so much done.
