Hi friends—welcome to my first vlog of 2025. I’m doing a little January recap and I’m really trying to pick up the camera more this year, like you’re going to see the pretty, the ugly, everything in-between. I’m also giving a quick hair check-in (day one curls!), and I’m hype because I finally filmed my most highly requested video—my curly hair routine—so stay tuned for that. In this vlog I’m getting back into my fitness groove even when I don’t feel like it. I’m being super honest: some days I’m sore and not in the mood, so I’ll switch it up and do cardio + abs, or just focus on showing up. I’m also dealing with New York winter (like… defrost-in-your-jacket cold), running errands like picking up goodies for my bunnies, dropping off heavy packages at FedEx, and squeezing in gym sessions even when I oversleep. I also share what I’m reading and how I’m trying to be more consistent—because I literally finished You Are a Badass after it lived in my gym bag forever. Then we’ve got cozy life stuff: food stops (ramen, Applebee’s, Chick-fil-A vibes), my cookies-and-cream milkshake obsession, trying Cha Cha Matcha for the first time, and even looking into a new vlogging camera setup.
