In this video I’m sharing my first-ever Temu haul and giving you my honest thoughts on whether Temu is legit. I’d been seeing Temu all over TikTok and it sounded like a “Shein-type situation” where you can get clothes, accessories, and household stuff for cheap. Temu actually reached out and invited me to their influencer program, gave me $80 to spend, and I picked items from the dupes section so I could test a variety of things and report back. I unbox a faux Bogg-style bag (I ordered the regular size and wish I’d gone bigger), plus a bunch of accessories like clip-on bags and hooks for the bag. I also grabbed a travel/toiletry bag with cute patches, and two belt bags/fanny packs (a cream one with a letter and a plain black one). Those were all a win for me—everything looked as described and the quality surprised me in a good way. The only real miss was the shoes/sandals: they were true to size, but felt super thin, rubbery, and didn’t sit right on my feet. My takeaway: Temu wasn’t a scam for me, shipping showed up in less than a week, and accessories seem like the safest bet. I’d order accessory-type items again, but I’d personally be cautious with shoes.
