I just received the 2024 Amazon Kids Gift Book in the mail (it’s called “Share the Joy”), and in this video I flip through it with you and point out what I’m excited about this year—plus a few things I haven’t seen before. There are 700+ toys and gifts, and I like that it’s organized by age and by interest. When my kids use the wish list pages, they usually just grab a marker and put their initials next to what they want, so it’s quick and easy. As I go through, I call out a bunch of highlights: National Geographic hands-on sets (I love anything you can actually do), a LEGO Polaroid build, classic favorites like Little People, and always-popular Magna-Tiles. I also point out the helpful QR codes that take you straight to Amazon, and the little house icon that shows small businesses. I share what’s worked in my house (like the Rush Hour logic game—we’ve played it a ton), and I’m honest about what I don’t love (Furby is still around… and I still don’t enjoy it). I do wish there were more teen gift pages, but overall I like that the electronics section is smaller and the guide leans more into hands-on play.
