I also show how easy it is to mirror a Mac or Windows laptop (plug and play), plus how my iPhone works with it using the included USB-C to HDMI and Lightning to HDMI cables — no third-party apps, no extra fees. And if you just want workouts, you can stream free YouTube sessions right on the screen. The Yesoul app has free workouts to start, and there’s a subscription if you want more, but you’re not locked in like Peloton.
