This full-body stretch feels so good!!!! This is the perfect stretch to do on the daily because it's short but hits all those major muscle groups that tend to get tight!! I find these to be my go-to stretches to help loosen my tight back and hips! Even though it is only 5 minutes, this stretch will increase flexibility, reduce muscle soreness after a workout, and decrease stress! During this stretch, we will work through 9 different moves holding each stretch for about 30 seconds, to allow our muscles to relax and increase flexibility!
