PAP stands for pause and pulse. The fun aspect to this workout is that each round will be a combo of an upper and lower body exercise. We will work full range for 40 seconds. Then PAP the upper for 20 seconds, the lower for another 20 seconds, and finish with the combo for 40 seconds! It is definitely going to be a burner! The abs will have a slight variation of right and left instead of upper and lower. We will work for 30 minutes, which includes a warm up! All you need are your dumbbells, and the equipment, structure, and exercises are detailed below! EQUIPMENT: You only need dumbbells! To maximize this session, aim to lift moderately heavy, relative to you and the exercise we are performing.
