During today's training, we will combine strength exercises with a conditioning move. This workout will boost your metabolism as we alternate between strength and cardio! 40-MINUTE FULL BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES EQUIPMENT NEEDED - DUMBBELLS- Aim to lift heavy weights for the strength exercises and moderately heavy weights for the power exercises!
