We are focused on the chest, shoulders, triceps, and abs!! We are mixing up the structure by beginning with abs and then finishing with the upper body. This workout includes three rounds, one for the abs and two for the upper body. The second round will be focused on heavy dumbbells, and the final round will be dropsets using heavy, medium, and light weights! This style of training will increase both muscle mass and definition! 40-MINUTE UPPER BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES EQUIPMENT NEEDED - DUMBBELLS- We will use a wide range today, light to heavy! Pick your dumbbell weight accordingly.
