This upper body strength training workout will build muscle in your chest and back! We are focusing on the push and pull of the biggest muscles in the upper body! The shoulders and arms will come in secondary during this workout, but the main focus is on the chest and back. This strength workout is structured to maximize muscle growth and definition with focus rounds. We will work through 12 exercises to complete this training and you will only need your heavy dumbbells! 30-MINUTE CHEST & BACK WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES EQUIPMENT NEEDED - DUMBBELLS- Today is a heavy lift day!! The weight you choose will be relative to you and the exercise. For reference, I am using 15-35lbs/6.8-15.8kg.
