This workout is a no repeat structure with exercises for the upper body, lower body, and abs! We will target ALL major muscles in this total-body session! Tempo training is great at building muscle and muscular definition. It also helps improve form as we work at a slow, controlled pace. The slower pace can also help to strengthen weaker points in our range of motion. Another great benefit is the mental challenge it brings; this is not an easy method of training, so it helps to strengthen our over-mind-over-matter muscle! You already know, stronger here to be stronger out there! Supersets are one of my favorite methods of strength training for muscular hypertrophy! They are a super-efficient way to train that makes the workout go by quickly. Also, we have the benefit of boosting muscle, definition, and our metabolism! Overall, both supersets and tempo training are great at progressive overload and muscular growth and definition!
