We are back with another NO REPEAT workout! We have 30 minutes for a full body and abs workout using GIANT SETS! Today, we are working in a structure with giant sets. We have 7 giant sets, each with 6 exercises. It's important we keep all our muscles engaged during the workout to maximize our muscle growth.
