This full-body strength training workout will build muscle, definition, and endurance! It follows a hypertrophy style of training, 6/12/25, but we are taking our own twist on that style with a work timer instead of rest! We will also adjust our lift tempos and dumbbell weight. This workout will target all of the major muscles in the upper body, lower body, and abs! 30 FULL BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES EQUIPMENT NEEDED - DUMBBELLS- We will be using a variety of weights today. For the first exercise in each round, we will focus on heavy weight, then move to moderate, and finally light weight for the last exercise in each round!
