This is a functional full-body strength workout to help you build a strong body for a strong life! During this workout, we will include both strength and movement for a boost in muscle and cardiac output! The structure is no repeat with longer work timers for muscular endurance and hypertrophy! 25-MINUTE FULL-BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES EQUIPMENT NEEDED - DUMBBELLS- Aim to lift moderately heavy to heavy, depending on the individual exercise.
