This is a full-body functional strength workout to build muscle! We are using unilateral exercises to improve balance, coordination, and overall strength in this training session! Unilateral training is great in so many ways, and it is always good to add it on once in a while to build the smaller as well as larger muscle groups! The core is going to get an awesome workout in this one, along with the upper and lower body!
