This superset workout is structured to build muscular endurance and lower-body definition. In this workout, we will be targeting the thighs, hams, glutes, and quads. These exercises help you become stronger for your daily tasks. Superset training combines two exercises back-to-back with no rest in between. This technique helps build muscle endurance and will improve definition. My experience with this workout was awesome! Supersets are one of my favorite ways to train, and this workout did not disappoint! Right after the workout, my legs were shaky for about an hour! I made sure to get a protein shake to help rebuild the muscles we had just worked. The next day or two, my legs were sore; I definitely knew it was leg day when I was walking up the stairs.
