In 20 minutes, we are going to train the upper and lower body, and the deep core muscles to make everyday life easier! This workout includes exercises that will help make the tasks we do in our day-to-day a breeze! We have a variety of exercises and planes of motion to ensure this is a well-rounded, effective strength training workout. The structure will follow a circuit-style workout, which will also increase our cardio effort a bit, so not only are we building functional core and full-body strength, we are also strengthening our heart! Overall, I loved this workout. The structure was fast-paced, the exercises were fun, and I LOVE feeling my deep core muscles active.
