This is short, but intense! 20 MINUTE FULL BODY WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES EQUIPMENT NEEDED - DUMBBELLS- Aim to lift heavy with a slow tempo. If you are using moderately heavy dumbbells, lift at a quicker pace while maintaining form!
