I just spent the week tracking some country and western music at this studio, and I am so glad it's back. The last time I worked here was early 2020, and they told us they were closing for good. In March 2021, after a year on the market, it sold to developers. They made a mistake reading the blueprints, and this ultimately saved this studio from being bulldozed for more condos.
