In this video, I’m back in a spot I didn’t expect to revisit so soon: I’m selling my 2023 EcoDiesel Jeep Gladiator again. Last year I tried to sell it and had four serious buyers get right to the edge and then back out—honestly, I get it. The economy felt sketchy then and it still does now. But a quote I heard later stuck with me, and looking back at 2024 my theme was straight-up inconsistency. For 2025, I’m choosing “consistency,” and that means I don’t quit when something doesn’t happen immediately. I talk through why the Gladiator no longer fits what my family needs. My goals for my family are going one direction, and my goals for the truck are going another—they’re not aligned anymore. I already sold the Go Fast Camper because I thought I’d go the Tune M1 route for a more family-friendly setup, but after seven months of using this around town with a baby, it’s just not what we want for long-distance family travel. We don’t need more capability—we want more comfort. I don’t have a locked-in vision for what’s next (Tremor, Ram 2500, even a Rivian have crossed my mind), but first things first: Winston needs a new home, and the listing is linked.
