Go up by 10ml until 10 days. By 2nd week 10-15ml and 3rd week 15-20ml. There are about 29.5mils in an oz. -We did ready to feed bottles in the beginning. Once she got to drinking 1-2oz we would make 2oz bottles. At almost a month she was drinking mostly 2-2.5oz but occasionally 3oz. She will pry move up to 4oz soon since her hunger cues are getting closer together in time. **As long as your baby is healthy and gaining weight don't stress about the amount in your babies bottle. Discard what's not used.
