The GROW Health and Wellness navigator helps ensure individuals with autism and other intellectual and development disabilities get the right health care. Too often health care and social services are fragmented for individuals and their families. The GROW Navigator serves as a trusted bridge connecting individuals with IDD to health care, social services and community systems they need to thrive.
