I show you how to create a custom “program” inside the app, set the level so you can barely hear it while it covers your ringing, and even layer multiple sounds (like white noise + birds). I also share my honest take: I was never a big fan of maskers because they can interfere with understanding speech, but people want this feature—and this app gets you very close to what premium tinnitus programs do.
