The article breaks down why people are “hooked” on Costco: the pricing, the customer service, and the return policy that is just insane compared to what I’ve seen in other clinics. I also give my real-world perspective as a licensed hearing aid fitter. I explain why Costco feels “no pressure” (we don’t work on commission), what Costco does and doesn’t handle (we’re not there for medical issues like wax removal or balance—ENT/audiology is for that), and why the 180-day trial is such a big deal. I talk about the 3-year warranty, the 2-year loss and damage plan, loaners when available, and even the end-of-warranty service that often results in essentially a refreshed set. Bottom line: if you want premium-level hearing aids without spending $6,000–$12,000, Costco is absolutely worth experiencing for yourself—and yes, we follow best practices like real ear measurement and verification.
