I can't believe how terrible new construction homes are built in 2025. Not that I can afford one anytime soon but just the way things are being made and built in recent years is awful! New cars, electronics, houses, clothes, i mean the list goes on and on! PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE! Things really aren't made like they used to be... Its crazy to because a huge part of building wealth and becoming financially free is to eventually own your own home and not rent. You want to reduce your biggest bill and for most that is living expenses! But it just keeps getting harder and harder to get there! Especially when they are building junk unaffordable houses!
