In this project management application you can manage the projects within an organization, create task in the projects and assign task to team members. User can create multiple organizations and within an organization you can invite and manage the team members also. We have also integrated the email notifications in the project, whenever a new task is assigned then user will receive the email for that, and they will receive another reminder email also on due date of the task. For user authentication and organization management we have used clerk, and to manage the background jobs like email notification and clerk webhooks management we have used Inngest in this full stack project. we will use Neon PostgreSQL database to store user, organization, team members and projects data. after building this project we will deploy it online using Vercel. #fullstack #greatstack #coding #programming #fullstackproject #fullstackwebdevelopment #collegeprojects #webdevelopment #postgresql #projectmanagement #teammanagement #reactjs #opensource ------------------- Watch Full Stack Food Order Website tutorial: 👉 https://youtu.be/DBMPXJJfQEA Watch Full Stack Chat App tutorial: 👉 https://youtu.be/gbocZlm71nE Watch Full Stack Music Streaming Website 👉 https://youtu.be/KdGfhSpT6pc Watch Full Stack Blog Website Tutorial 👉 https://youtu.be/HdWCh_4XE1Q ------------------------------------- Build more React JS projects: Complete Portfolio Website In React: 👉 https://youtu.be/4ag1LsgIUc0 Build ChatGPT Clone In React: 👉 https://youtu.be/EzkWAviyYgg Build AI Image Generator with OpenAI In React 👉 https://youtu.be/PZG2MvOjud0 Create Weather App In React 👉 https://youtu.be/7JqdjWB88Kk ------------------------------------- Images Credit: https://www.pexels.com/ https://unsplash.com/ https://www.freepik.com/ ------------------------------------- Connect with me: 👉 https://linktr.ee/iamavinashkr Connect with GreatStack: Instagram: https://instagram.com/GreatStackDev Twitter: https://twitter.com/GreatStackDev Facebook: https://facebook.com/GreatStack

About This Video

Hello and welcome back to another exciting tutorial of GreatStack. In this video, I build and deploy a full stack project management application using the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, Node). I start by showing you the complete demo: users can sign up, create an organization/workspace, switch between multiple organizations, invite members, create projects, and then create tasks inside projects with status, priority, type, and due dates. You also get a clean dashboard with project overview cards, task summary, recent activity, plus project pages with task list, calendar, analytics, and settings—along with a beautiful light/dark mode. After the walkthrough, I take you step-by-step from a ready open-source React + Tailwind template to a fully functional app. I integrate Clerk for authentication and organization management (sign in/sign up, user button, org creation, invitations), then I start building the backend with Express (basic server setup, CORS, JSON middleware, nodemon). For the database, I use Neon PostgreSQL to store users, organizations, members, projects, and tasks. And for background jobs like task assignment emails, due-date reminder emails, and handling Clerk webhooks efficiently, I use Inngest. Finally, I deploy the project online using Vercel so you can add the live link to your resume or use it as a college project.
