Nowadays, most businesses promote their product using UGC video ads. These ads work really well, but they’re expensive and time-consuming to create—so in this video I automate the whole process. I build and deploy a full stack AI SaaS that generates UGC-style ad videos using just a product image and a model image. First we generate a combined image, then we generate the final short ad video (with audio), and you can download both the image and the video for real use. I build everything step-by-step using the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, Node.js) and I use Google Gemini API to power the AI generation. On the product side, I add authentication and subscription billing with Clerk so users can sign up, manage accounts, and get credits based on plans. I also add a community feature where users can publish/unpublish their generated ads, plus “My Generations” and a details page to preview, mute, and download results. Finally, I make it production-ready: Neon for Postgres, Sentry for error tracking and performance monitoring, and deployment on Hostinger VPS.
