In this video I’m reviewing the Mielle Organics Rosemary Mint Scalp & Hair Strengthening Oil—the famous rosemary mint oil I’ve been seeing everywhere. I picked it up during my “testing out” phase because I wanted to try more affordable, drugstore-type products and bring you honest reviews again. I bought mine from Walmart for $9.97 (2 fl oz), and I walk you through what it claims to do, how you can use it (scalp treatment, daily use, and split end care), and what you should realistically expect. I talk about the ingredient lineup (like castor oil, rosemary, jojoba, peppermint, eucalyptus, coconut, lavender, vitamin E and more), plus the texture and smell. For me, the biggest standout is the minty sensation—if you love that cooling feeling on your scalp, you’ll probably enjoy this. The oil is very runny/watery, so you have to be careful because if it spills, that’s basically ten dollars gone. I use about half a dropper per section, and a little really does go a long way. I also share my thoughts on split ends (if they’re split, they’re split—cutting is the real fix), and I recommend doing a 24-hour patch test before using it.
