About This Video

In this video I’m reviewing the Wild Growth Hair Oil Light Oil Moisturizer. I’ve already tried the regular Wild Growth Hair Oil before (I have two videos on that), so when I saw this “light” version in my store—and y’all kept asking me to review it—I decided to test it the same way. I talk about the packaging, price (usually around $8–$10), what it claims to do (growth protection, moisture, breakage protection, edges/hairline, even lashes and brows), and how you can use it (wet or dry hair, in shampoo/co-wash, or as a hot oil treatment). I also show you the texture and scent up close. This one is yellowish (kind of like clear castor oil), very runny, and it smells minty—like peppermint/tea tree—with eucalyptus in the ingredients too. I noticed dark sediment at the bottom, so yes, you really do need to shake it well. Since my scalp is dry right now, I’m mainly testing the “long lasting moisture” claim while also watching for growth. Before I start, I do a length check using the same shirt/collarbone spot so we can compare after a month. I’m keeping it real like always—none of this is sponsored—so if it doesn’t work, I’m going to tell you, just like I’ve done with other famous hair growth oils that didn’t do anything for me.
