In this video I’m reviewing two Curlsmith Scalp Recipes products: the Scalp Stimulating Booster and the Full Lengths Density Elixir. I’ve been using them for a few weeks (not as consistent as I want to be), and I’m sharing exactly why I bought them, how I apply them, and what I’ve noticed so far. I didn’t pick these up because I’m struggling with growth—my hair grows perfectly fine, especially because I use my Faith’s Hair Care Multi-Use Hair Growth Oil. I bought these because I want thicker, fuller hair and I wanted to see if they’d help with density. The Scalp Stimulating Booster comes in a 4 oz applicator bottle and it’s super lightweight, runny, and smells really good. The Full Lengths Density Elixir is the more expensive one (2 oz) and it’s very liquidy with basically no scent—so I’m extra careful with it because one spill is like 40 bucks gone. You’re supposed to use the booster in the morning and the elixir at night, and I show you how I apply the elixir with a dropper and then go in with my scalp massager. So far, I’m not ready to claim major thickness results yet, but I did notice my shedding decreased significantly, which is a big win. I’m planning to get more consistent and come back with an update after about a month.
