Finished! Quilter’s Cottage House Block with Rickrack 🏡 - Lori Holt’s Quilt 🏡 | GCMS 01-26-26 #182

Today, I’m finally finished sewing the Quilter’s Cottage House Block, complete with the chimney and rickrack, from Lori Holt’s Quilter’s Cottage Book. This is a big, beautiful block, and it feels so good to see it come together. It’s just me and my trusty straight-stitch Janome sewing machine, Ms. Molly, enjoying calm and cozy sewing time. If you love slow stitching and relaxing quilting, you’re in the right place. I’ve been working on this quilt one block at a time, and it truly feels like stepping into a happy farmhouse with flowers on the gate and quilts drying in the sunshine.
