In this video I show you exactly how to block and unblock phone numbers on a Samsung Galaxy, step-by-step. If you’re getting spam calls or you just don’t want to hear from a certain number, blocking it takes only a few taps inside the Phone app. I walk you through where the setting is and how to add a number manually so you can stop calls and texts from that number. First, I open the Phone app, tap the three dots in the top right, go into Settings, and then tap “Block numbers.” From there you can type a number into “Add phone number” and hit the green plus icon to block it. I also show the quick options to block someone from Recents, Messages, or Contacts, which is usually the easiest way. And if you ever change your mind, unblocking is just as simple—tap the minus icon next to the blocked number and it’s removed right away.
