This energetic yet grounding 45-minute vinyasa class is filmed along Kauai’s southern coastline, seamlessly connecting six breathtaking locations into one continuous practice. We begin on Shipwreck Beach with a short silent meditation, letting the ocean guide us into movement through Robin’s Breath, spinal warm-ups, and light core work. The practice builds into dynamic standing flows with optional chaturangas, evolves into balancing and strength-building poses-including revolved half moon and opportunities for arm balances- and then softens into deep seated stretches.
