In this video I take you with me for an affordable full glow up in Korea for the start of a new academic semester—everything for around $200. I wanted a fresh reset, so I did a little bit of everything: scalp care, facials, lashes, a quick hair trim, and even press-on nails at home. I also share exactly where I went in Seoul (mostly around Gangnam) and what each treatment felt like, so if you’re traveling to Korea you have a realistic idea of what to book and what to expect. I start with scalp care at Moclock in Gangnam because I’ve been losing a ton of hair lately and I really believe the scalp is just as important as the hair. They checked my scalp, found it very dry, and we went with a moisture care treatment (scrub, ozone steam, serum + LED). Then I head to a clinic for an aqua peel and a face lifting laser—honestly, the lifting/snatching effect on my jaw impressed me the most. I also give my real opinion about the clinic experience: results were good, but it felt hectic and not very “pampering.” I finish with my go-to lash lift + pointed (outer corner) extension for a super natural look, and I test Dashing Diva press-ons with gems for the final touch.
