Adding Fake Window Lighting To My Office | IKEA FLOALT

I work from home full time and with my home office being located in my basement, I barely get any good natural day lighting from my windows throughout most of the day. So I decided to fix this issue by adding fake window lighting to my office with these wall panel LED lights from IKEA called the FLOALT. I first had to convert the IKEA FLOAT from hardwire to plug-in light, which turned out to be easier than I expected. By the way IKEA lights work with Philips Hue smart lighting too, so you can control it with the Hue app and create smart home automations. This is how you energize your workspace by adding lights!
