We had an issue on our Freightliner chassis that sent us to multiple Freightliner service centers, and somehow the real problem kept getting missed. That’s the frustrating part—when you’re doing the right thing, going to the “right” places, and you still don’t get answers. What changed the game was taking it to NIRVC. Their team actually took the time to dig in, look at the whole picture, and they caught what the Freightliner locations didn’t. I share what we were experiencing, why it was so hard to diagnose, what they found, and how they fixed it. More importantly, I talk about how this experience changed how we think about RV service—especially if you own a diesel pusher.
