What should I look for before buying an RV lot?

I look at the whole picture: the resort itself and everything around it—things to do, food, attractions, and the general feel of the area. If the area doesn’t have enough going on, the “pretty resort” wears off fast. We talk through what we loved and what we’re still unsure about before making a decision.

Is buying an RV lot a smart investment or a bad idea?
