Overland Expo West, The Adventure Begins. Part 1 Getting There. Matt and I started this 5-state adventure at 3am and drove from Nebraska to New Mexico. While this was a long drive the anticipation for the Expo was growing. We arrived late at Mcgaffey Campground and settled down for the night. We woke up early to finish the drive to Flagstaff Arizona. Before leaving we added our All Roads Taken badge, then set out.
