In this video, I walk through the installation of a 200Ah lithium battery and DC-to-DC MPPT charger from LiTime in the Jeep, continuing the electrical side of this overland rebuild. The install starts with modifying the 40% rear seat delete to properly fit the 200Ah battery. From there, I build a dedicated enclosure to safely conceal the wiring, bus bars, and power distribution while keeping everything serviceable and protected. On the door-side of the setup, I mount the DC-to-DC MPPT charger along with the auxiliary fuse panel, circuit breakers, and a master kill switch. This layout keeps all critical electrical components accessible while maintaining a clean, factory-like appearance. At the rear, I install solar input plugs that support both the roof-mounted 150-watt solar panel and a secondary 100-watt portable panel. This allows the system to charge while driving or remain stationary when camped for extended periods. ⚠️ Disclosure: This video is not sponsored.
