Hey friends, it’s KJ from Disney Mom Life, and in this video I’m unpacking from our 4-day, 4-night Walt Disney World trip (we stayed at Coronado Springs!) and sharing what I regret packing, what I’m SO glad I packed, and what I’m still on the fence about. I’m going bag by bag—my suitcase, my stroller/diaper bag setup, my plane bag, and my park backpack—so you can really see what actually got used in real life with three kids (5, 3, and 1). Some of my biggest “so glad I packed it” items were the rain essentials—especially the silicone shoe covers (they saved our shoes during an Epcot downpour), plus stroller rain covers. I also talk through the little things that made the trip smoother: stroller clips (life-changing, truly), a rechargeable nightlight for the resort room, and meal-time pouches with bibs/silverware/placemats. And then we get into the regret pile: ears (we are just not an ear family), a bulky hair dryer brush in the heat, pool hats my boys refused to wear, and a few plane activities that sounded cute but never got touched. My goal is to help you pack smarter, leave room for souvenirs, and avoid hauling stuff that just takes up space.
