Along the way, we picked up some incredibly helpful tips you won’t hear in most Disney planning videos. These are real-world strategies for real families who want to make the most of their time at the parks without the overwhelm. Whether you’re planning your first Disney vacation or you’re returning with younger kids this time around, this video is packed with practical advice, emotional moments, and insight into the magic (and challenges) of Disney with a young family. About This Video

In this video, I’m taking you along for a truly realistic Disney World trip: four parks in four days with three little kids (5, 3, and 1). I’m sharing the stuff that actually matters when you’re juggling strollers, snacks, naps, heat, and the emotional ups and downs that come with doing Disney as a family. I time real waits (like Dumbo being way longer than the posted wait) and show you how our day flows when you’re trying to make smart choices, not perfect choices. A huge focus is parent swapping (rider swap) and how to make it work without wasting your day. I share my biggest tip: parent swapping basically takes double the time, so you have to plan Lightning Lanes with that in mind. I also show how we used “in-between time” wisely—like using the family restroom by Soarin’, watching Awesome Planet while we waited, and escaping the EPCOT heat at the indoor playground by Mission: SPACE (and yes, you don’t have to ride to use it). I also share some honest opinions—like why I don’t think Mission: SPACE is worth a Lightning Lane, and my very unpopular take that I actually prefer being the engineer on Smugglers Run. And because food is part of survival with kids, I talk through what we ate (spring rolls, ABC Commissary, Cape May) plus my six-year wait for the burger pods…which were a 10/10, hands down one of the best things I’ve eaten in Disney World.
