About This Video

Hey friends, it’s KJ (Disney Mom Life) and today I’m taking you inside a Standard Room at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge—one of those deluxe resorts that feels so cozy and “Disney” the second you walk in. We’d been staying here for a couple of days (with my three kids four and under), and I wanted to show you what the room setup actually looks like in real life: where everything is, how the storage works, and what’s helpful when you’re traveling with little ones (and strollers… plural). I walk you through the entry area with the mirror, bathroom location, and the closet setup with sliding doors, hangers, extra pillow/blanket, and a luggage stand. Then we get into the “not really a kitchenette” situation—more like a coffee station—with a super cute Bambi theme detail, an ice bucket, coffee supplies, cups, and a beverage cooler (I mention it only cools to about 41°, so I’m cautious with things like milk). I also show the dresser/TV area with lots of outlets and USB (no USB-C in our room), a small table-and-chairs spot, and the balcony with a partial pool-area view—perfect for drying swimsuits on a split stay.
