I’ve used Notion for about six years, and in this video I’m basically laying out why I’m at a breaking point with it. If you’ve built your whole digital workspace inside Notion—tasks, docs, systems, dashboards—then reliability isn’t a “nice to have,” it’s the whole deal. What I’m seeing lately is the opposite: persistent bugs, inconsistent performance, and the kind of small glitches that snowball into real workflow damage when you’re relying on this tool every day. I walk through the kinds of issues that are making me question whether I can keep trusting Notion: lag while typing, checkboxes and tasks behaving unpredictably, broken updates, and even situations where data feels like it can’t be trusted. The bigger frustration is the feeling that product priorities aren’t lining up with what long-time users have been asking for—things like stability and offline functionality—while these core problems keep showing up. By the end, I’m not trying to be dramatic—I’m just being honest: if Notion doesn’t change course and fix the fundamentals, I’m ready to move on and seriously consider alternatives like Airtable or Noloco.
