When tools like OpenClaude let you control your Mac from your phone, the whole idea of “I need to sit at my desk to be productive” starts to break. You can be on the couch, in bed, or making coffee—and still ship. The key shift is remote control plus automation. I’m talking about connecting to local MCPs, grabbing screenshots, and actually executing tasks—not just chatting with an AI. The workflow becomes: phone in hand → control the Mac → trigger scripts → get output. I literally made five scripts in the morning while making coffee, which is kind of the point: work becomes something you orchestrate, not something you sit down and grind through. If you care about AI productivity systems, this is the direction everything is heading—lighter interfaces, tighter loops, and more “do” than “talk.”
