In this video, I walk through how I built a complete “sales second brain” in Notion so I’m not relying on my memory to run follow-ups, track deals, or find what was said on a call. The core idea is simple: everything in my sales workflow—tasks, meetings, next steps, and client context—gets captured in one Notion system. I show the structure of my task management, how I organize meetings in a database, and how I keep the whole thing searchable so I can pull up a past conversation fast. The real unlock is automation. I connect Notion with Google Calendar using a near real-time sync so upcoming calls automatically show up where I actually plan my day. Then I layer in Fathom to capture meeting notes, recordings, and AI-generated summaries, and I use Zapier to push the right links and data back into Notion so I’m not doing copy/paste busywork after every call. By the end, you’ve got a workflow where your calendar, notes, recordings, and follow-ups all “talk” to each other—so you save time, reduce mental overhead, and keep your sales process moving without dropping the ball.
