Today’s vlog was one of those real-life, everything-at-once kind of days. I started off getting ready to head to the doctor with my husband, because he has to see the doctor first before they schedule the colonoscopy and endoscopy. We talked honestly about how he’s been feeling, how medication affects him, and how even with stage 4 cancer, you really can’t “tell” just by looking at him because he still feels fine some days. His mindset is everything—he’s determined to fight, prove people wrong, and keep going while trying different home remedies and staying mentally strong. After that, I showed you a little look at what I’ve been working on with the house—because yes, I’m finally moving back into my house and I’m excited. I walked through the basement apartment layout, talked about what I want to paint and change, and how I’m going to set up my beauty room (the mirrored closets are my favorite touch). I also shared a quick healthy meal moment for my husband with veggies, and then we had family vibes—Home Depot runs, fixing a leak, my daughter looking gorgeous in her Easter outfit, and a quick peek at the vanity setup and makeup organization.
