Hey beauties—today I finally got the insanely gorgeous Lisa Eldridge Betty palette in my makeup loving hands, and yes, I also grabbed the matching Kitten pouch inspired by Lisa’s cat, Betty. In this video I swatch every shade (with buildable swatches so you can really see the pigment), then I walk you through multiple looks: a more everyday, office-friendly vibe and then a true quintessential “Betty” purple moment that’s playful, feminine, and still totally wearable. I used the Liquid Silk Liquid Eyeshadow in Paige as my base because it gives me the cleanest canvas and helps this mostly-shimmer palette feel more balanced. My biggest initial thought was, “Is this too shimmery?”—but once I started layering (and adding a touch of definition), the palette honestly became perfection: buttery smooth, no fallout, and so fun to play with. I also demo the Seamless Glide Eye Pencil in Renaissance Gold, the Kitten Lash Mascara in Burnt Umber, and finish with the lipstick in Simone for a nude-to-me pairing that doesn’t fight the bold eye. If you want one purple palette for spring/summer that inspires you to actually do your makeup, Betty is absolutely that girl.
